家庭参与式护理模式在NICU早产儿护理中的应用

Application of Family Participation Nursing Model in the Nursing of Premature Infants in NICU

目的探讨家庭参与式护理模式在新生儿重症监护病房(NICU)早产儿护理中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2019年8月至2020年7月我院NICU收治的100例早产儿的临床资料,将2019年8月至2020年1月收治的50例早产儿纳入对照组,采用常规护理;将2020年2月至2020年7月收治的50例早产儿纳入观察组,在对照组基础上采用家庭参与式护理模式。比较两组早产儿家属照护能力及其生长发育情况。结果观察组早产儿出院时家属照护态度、照护知识、照护技能评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组早产儿出院时身高、体重均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论家庭参与式护理模式能够有效提高NICU早产儿家属的照护能力,促进早产儿生长发育,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of family participation nursing model in the nursing of premature infants in the neonatal intensive care unit(NICU).Methods The clinical data of 100 premature infants admitted to our NICU from August 2019 to July 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.50 premature infants from August 2019 to January 2020 were selected as control group and given routine nursing.50 premature infants from February 2020 to July 2020 were selected as observation group and given family participation nursing model on the basis of the control group.The family care ability and the growth and development of premature infants were compared between the two groups.Results At discharge,the care attitude,care knowledge and care skill scores of families in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).At discharge,the height and weight of premature infants in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Family participation nursing model can improve the family care ability of premature infants in NICU,and promote their growth and development,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
