摘要
目的探讨基于互联网平台的5A护理模式对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者康复及满意度的影响。方法将我院2019年8月至2020年12月收治的76例COPD患者随机平均分为两组。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施基于互联网平台的5A护理模式。比较两组患者的肺功能康复情况及护理满意度。结果干预后3个月,观察组的FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC水平高于对照组,对临床症状、工作生活能力、护理措施可行度、护理效果、总体疗效的满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于互联网平台的5A护理模式可有效促进COPD患者肺功能康复,提升患者的护理满意度。
Objective To explore the influence of 5A nursing model based on internet platform on the rehabilitation and satisfaction degree in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 76 COPD patients admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into two groups equally.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received 5A nursing model based on internet platform on this basis.The pulmonary function rehabilitation and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results 3 months after intervention,the FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the satisfaction scores of clinical symptoms,work life ability,feasibility of nursing measures,nursing effect and overall efficacy were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions 5A nursing model based on internet platform can promote the pulmonary function rehabilitation and nursing satisfaction degree of COPD patients.
