基于脑梗死创伤后成长干预模型的心理干预对心理弹性及应对方式的影响

Influence of Psychological Intervention Based on Cerebral Infarction Post-Traumatic Growth Intervention Model on Psychological Resilience and Coping Style

目的探讨基于脑梗死创伤后成长干预模型的心理干预对心理弹性及应对方式的影响。方法选择我院2017年2月至2019年2月收治的100例脑梗死患者,分为两组。对照组(47例)采用常规护理,观察组(53例)在对照组基础上采用基于脑梗死创伤后成长干预模型的心理干预。对比两组患者护理前、护理1个月后的心理弹性以及应对方式。结果护理1个月后,观察组心理弹性与面对评分高于对照组,回避及屈服评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于脑梗死创伤后成长干预模型的心理干预效果确切,可增强患者心理弹性水平,并帮助患者以积极心态面对疾病,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the influence of psychological intervention based on cerebral infarction post-traumatic growth intervention model on psychological resilience and coping style.Methods 100 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected and divided into two groups.The control group(47 cases)received routine nursing,and the observation group(53 cases)received psychological intervention based on cerebral infarction post-traumatic growth intervention model on the basis of the control group.The psychological resilience and coping style before and after 1 month of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 month of nursing,the psychological resilience score and face score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the avoidance and yield scores were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Psychological intervention based on cerebral infarction post-traumatic growth intervention model has exact effect,and can enhance patients'psychological resilience level,and help them face the disease with positive attitude,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
