PDCA循环居家护理模式对老年脑梗死患者依从性、 压疮发生率及再住院率的影响

Influence of PDCA Cycle Home Care Model on the Compliance,Pressure Ulcer Incidence and Rehospitalization Rate in Elderly Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨PDCA循环居家护理模式对老年脑梗死患者依从性、压疮发生率及再住院率的影响。方法选择2018年5月至2020年5月我院收治的老年脑梗死患者63例,其中2018年5月至2019年5月收治的32例患者设为对照组,给予常规护理;2019年6月至2020年5月收治的31例患者设为观察组,采用PDCA循环居家护理模式。比较两组患者的遵医行为依从性、压疮发生率及再住院率。结果干预后,观察组的功能锻炼、皮肤管理、合理饮食、遵医用药、自我监测依从率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组压疮发生率为3.23%,低于对照组的28.13%(P<0.05)。观察组再住院率为6.45%,低于对照组的28.13%(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环居家护理模式能够有效提高老年脑梗死患者遵医行为依从性,降低压疮发生率和再住院率。

Objective To explore the influence of PDCA cycle home care model on the compliance,pressure ulcer incidence and rehospitalization rate of elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 63 elderly patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected.32 patients from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as control group,and given routine nursing.31 patients from June 2019 to May 2020 were selected as observation group,and given PDCA cycle home care model.The medical behavior compliance,pressure ulcer incidence and rehospitalization rate were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the compliance rates of functional exercise,skin management,reasonable diet,medication compliance and self monitoring in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The pressure ulcer incidence of the observation group was 3.23%,lower than 28.13%of the control group(P<0.05).The rehospitalization rate of the observation group was 6.45%,lower than 28.13%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions PDCA cycle home care model can effectively improve the medical behavior compliance of elderly patients with cerebral infarction,and reduce the pressure ulcer incidence and rehospitalization rate.
