基于因果分析的风险干预在脑出血昏迷患者鼻饲中的应用价值

Application Value of Risk Intervention Based on Causal Analysis in Nasal Feeding of Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage and Coma

目的探讨基于因果分析的风险干预在脑出血昏迷患者鼻饲中的应用效果。方法选择2017年5月至2020年5月我院收治的66例脑出血昏迷患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各33例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施基于因果分析的风险干预,均护理1个月。对比两组的风险事件发生率及护理满意度。结果护理1个月内,观察组的风险事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理1个月后,观察组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于因果分析的风险干预在脑出血昏迷患者鼻饲中的效果较好,可有效降低风险事件发生率,提高患者的护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of risk intervention based on causal analysis in nasal feeding of patients with cerebral hemorrhage and coma.Methods 66 patients with cerebral hemorrhage and coma admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given risk intervention based on causal analysis on the basis of the control group.Both groups received 1 month of nursing.The incidence of risk events and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results Within 1 month of nursing,the incidence of risk events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 1 month of nursing,the nursing satisfaction degree in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Risk intervention based on causal analysis has better effect in nasal feeding of patients with cerebral hemorrhage and coma,which can effectively reduce the incidence of risk events,and improve their nursing satisfaction degree.
