智能天然气净化厂建设实践

摘要 为了加快和推进净化总厂智能工厂的建设实施,在总结净化总厂已开展物联网建设经验的基础上,结合天然气净化厂的装置特点,参考其他油气田及炼化企业智能工厂的建设成果,提出智能净化厂的定义、特征,并从建设思路、建设方案、总体架构、网络结构、数据结构等方面提出了建设实施建议;同时通过对净化总厂智能工厂的建设现状和已开展项目的实施效果进行分析研究,对不足之处提出了改进建议。 To speed up and promote the construction and implementation of the intelligent plant in the purification central plant,based on the summary of the experience of the construction of the Internet of things in the purification central plant,combined with the installation characteristics of the natural gas purification plant,and referring to the construction achievements of the intelligent plant in other oil and gas fields and refinery enterprises,the definition and characteristics of the intelligent purification plant are put forward,and the construction and implementation suggestions are proposed from the construction idea,construction scheme,overall structure,network framework and data structure etc.based on the definition and characteristics of the intelligent purification plant.At the same time,through the analysis and research on the construction status of the intelligent plant in the purification central plant and the implementation effect of the ongoing projects,improvement suggestions for shortcomings are put forward.
