摘要
气相法聚乙烯反应器的循环气采用工业色谱仪采样分析,所分析样气具有组分多,要求响应时间快,且含粉尘和颗粒杂质,受温度影响易相变等特点。根据聚合反应的工艺要求和样气物性的特点,工业色谱仪采样系统采用特殊的4级过滤系统、高温伴热系统、采样阀等设计方案,缩短传输滞后时间,使采样系统的性能可靠,分析结果稳定准确。
The cycle gas in gas phase polyethylene reactor is sampled and analyzed with industrial chromatograph.The analyzed sample gas is of the characteristics of more component,fast response time required,mixed with dust and particle impurities and easy phase changing affected by temperature.According to the process requirements of polymerization reaction and the physical properties of sample gas,design scheme of 4-stage filtration system,high temperature heat tracing system and sampling valve is adopted for the sampling system of industrial chromatograph.The design scheme shortens the transportation lag time,makes the performance of the sampling system reliable and the analysis results stable and accurate.
