摘要
针对往复式压缩机正常运行过程中存在的故障情况,通过对出现故障部件、形式及特征分析,提出设置在线状态监测系统的方案。介绍了在线状态监测系统组成及软硬件的功能,分析传感器的类型、作用及安装位置等。现场应用表明:该系统可提升往复式压缩机的故障诊断能力,实现预测性维护,减少非计划停机带来的不必要损失,保证压缩机长周期安全稳定运行。
In view of the fault situation of reciprocating compressor during normal operation,through the analysis of the fault parts,forms and characteristics,setting of online condition monitoring system is proposed.The composition of online condition monitoring system and the functions of hardware and software are introduced.The type,function and installation position of sensors are analyzed.The field application shows that the system can improve the fault diagnosis ability of reciprocating compressor,realize predictive maintenance,reduce the unnecessary loss caused by unplanned shutdown,and ensure the safe and stable operation of the compressor.
