摘要
针对长庆油田大部分井场没有伴生气,燃气加热炉已停用,燃煤加热炉污染环境的现状,研究了数字化井场原油电磁加热装置,介绍了井场原油数字化电磁加热装置的构成、加热流程与技术参数。现场应用表明:该加热装置可以代替现有的燃气加热炉、燃煤加热炉给原油加热,且热效率高、安全、环保、节能,同时实现了数字化远程监控电磁加热时原油的温度和压力。
Concerning the status that no associated gas in most wells site in Changqing oilfield,shut-down of the gas heating furnace and environment pollution from coal-fired heating furnace,the digital electromagnetic heating device for well site crude oil is studied,and the configuration,heating procedure and technical parameters of the well site crude oil digital electromagnetic heating device are introduced.The on-site application result indicates the heating device can replace the existing gas heating furnace and coal-fired heating furnace to heat crude oil with high thermal efficiency,safety,environmental protection and energy saving.At the same time,the remote monitoring and controlling of the temperature and pressure of crude oil by electromagnetic heating is realized.
