摘要
针对煤气化甲醇合成装置变压吸附单元程控阀所处的工艺流程和运行工况的特点,采用两种不同系列的程控阀并结合阀门的结构、特点、现场使用情况,分析对比了程控阀频繁损坏出现故障的现象。结合程控阀在实际应用中的故障原因,提出了相应的改进措施和建议,避免了同类问题发生并减少后期不必要的检维修投资。
Concerning the characteristics of process flow and operation conditions of the sequencing valve in the pressure swing adsorption unit of the coal gasification methanol synthesis installation,the frequent damage and failure of the sequencing valve are analyzed and compared in combination with the structure,characteristics and field use of two different series of sequencing valve,Combining with the failure cause of sequencing valve in actual application,corresponding improvement measures and suggestions are put forward,and the occurrence of similar problems is avoided,and unnecessary inspection and maintenance investment in the later period is reduced.
