摘要 通过引入应力应变监测系统实时监测管道应力应变的变化,可以定量分析高风险地区管道安全状态。应力应变监测系统由焊接在管道表面的应变传感器测量管道纵向应变,通过数据采集终端上传至报警主机,分析管道受力情况及运行状态,当管道应变值达到报警设定值时进行报警,实现事故早期预警,增强输气管道的安全防护,保障输气管道的可靠运行,同时为管道智能化管理提供关键数据支撑。 By introducing the stress-strain monitoring system to monitor the change of stress-strain of pipeline in real time,the safety state of pipeline in high-risk areas can be quantitatively analyzed.The stress-strain monitoring system measures the longitudinal strain of pipeline using strain sensors welded on the pipeline surface,and the system uploads the data to alarm server utilizing data acquisition terminal to analyze the stress situation and operation state of the pipeline.Alarm is started when the strain value reaches the setpoint,early accident warning is realized,pipeline safe protection is strengthened,and gas transportation pipeline operating reliably is ensured.Key data support for intelligent management of pipeline is also provided.
