SIL Classification and Verification of SIS for Compressor Stations in Operation

西气东输各压气站场自建设以来不断地改扩建,安全仪表功能回路也相应进行了改造和新增。以轮南压气站为例,介绍对站场所有设备设施和管线在危险及可操作性分析(HAZOP)的基础上进行安全完整性等级(SIL)定级与验算工作,并根据结论给出整改措施与定级验算工作过程中的注意事项。

Continuous reconstruction and expansion of the gas transmission stations along the west-east gas pipeline improves the safety instrument function there simultaneously.Taking LN gas compression station as an example,the HAZOP analysis,SIL analysis and SIL verification of in-service gas stations were introduced,and finally,the matters needing attention in making correction and in SIL classification and verification were presented.
