摘要
在激光选区熔化成形设备铺粉过程中,存在刮刀条纹、刮刀撞击、铺粉不完全、超高角和碎屑5种铺粉缺陷。为了实现激光选区熔化成形铺粉质量的在线和离线检测,基于Matlab GUI软件设计了一个激光选区熔化成形铺粉质量检测系统。利用Matlab图像捕获工具箱实现图像的实时采集,或将已采集的铺粉图像进行单张或批量质量检测,提取铺粉缺陷特征并显示结果、缺陷位置和运行时间;铺粉质量检测结果可保存为.txt文件,方便操作人员对激光选区熔化零件成形质量分析。系统对人工智能在灰度粉末铺层表面的均匀性进行了有益的探索,利用计算机图像识别技术代替人眼,判断激光选区熔化成形铺粉表面缺陷,为激光选区熔化成形铺粉质量分析提供了一个强有力的工具。
In the powder spreading process of selective laser melting and forming equipment,five types of powder spreading defects are proposed,include blade streak,blade impact,incomplete powder spreading,super-elevation and debris.In order to achieve online and offline detection of selective laser melting powder spreading quality,a selective laser melting powder spreading quality detection system based on Matlab GUI software was designed.The Image Acquisition Toolbox of Matlab was used to achieve real-time image acquisition,or detect the quality of the collected powder spreading images,extract the defect characteristics and display the results,defect locations,and running time;the results of the powder spreading quality detection can be saved as.txt file,it is convenient for the operator to analyze the forming quality of selective laser melting parts.In this system,the uniformity of artificial intelligence on the surface of gray powder layer was explored.The computer image recognition technology was used instead of human eyes to judge the surface defects of laser selective melting powder laying,which provides a powerful tool for the quality analysis of laser selective melting forming.
