摘要
为确保下运带式输送机的安全运行,实现其平稳制动,避免发生飞车、叠带等事故,提出采用电涡流阻尼托辊装置,通过控制其电流的大小来实现制动的调节。简述了电涡流阻尼装置的结构和原理,利用MAXWELL软件的静态场和瞬态场求解器,得到了稳定条件下电涡流阻尼装置的磁感应强度和电涡流密度的分布云图,分析了其分布特点及规律,并计算了电涡流阻尼托辊的阻尼力矩。结果表明,所设计的电涡流阻尼装置在制动时有较好的阻尼效果,有助于保障下运带式输送机的平稳运行。
In order to ensure the safe operation of the downward belt conveyor,realize its steady braking and avoid accidents such as flying car and stacking belt,the eddy current damping roller was used to realize the braking adjustment by controlling its current.The structure and principle of eddy current damping device were briefly described.By using the static and transient field solvers of MAXWELL software,the distribution cloud diagram of magnetic induction intensity and eddy current density of eddy current damping device under stable conditions was obtained.Their distribution characteristics and rules were analyzed,and the damping torque of damping roller was calculated.The results show that the designed eddy current damping device has better damping effect in braking,which is helpful to ensure the smooth operation of belt conveyor.
