空气置换法辅助腹腔镜手术治疗成人腹股沟嵌顿疝的价值分析

Analysis on the Value of Air Replacement Assisted Laparoscopic Surgery in the Treatment of Adult Incarcerated Inguinal Hernia

目的探讨空气置换法辅助腹腔镜手术治疗成人腹股沟嵌顿疝的价值。方法选取我院2010年10月至2020年6月收治的60例腹股沟嵌顿疝患者,随机分为两组各30例。常规组使用“内拉外推”法还纳疝内容物,置换组使用空气置换法还纳疝内容物。比较两组的手术治疗情况及术后并发症。结果置换组的还纳疝内容物成功率显著高于常规组,疝内容物损伤率与中转开腹率均显著低于常规组,还纳疝内容物时间显著短于常规组(P<0.05)。两组的术后并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论空气置换法辅助腹腔镜手术治疗成人腹股沟嵌顿疝安全有效。

Objective To explore the value of air replacement assisted laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of adult incarcerated inguinal hernia.Methods 60 patients with incarcerated inguinal hernia admitted to our hospital from October 2010 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.In the conventional group,the hernia contents were returned by"internal pulling and extrapolating"method,while in the replacement group,the hernia contents were returned by air replacement.The surgical treatment condition and postoperative complications were compared between two groups.Results The regression success rate of hernia contents in the replacement group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group,the rate of hernia content injury and the rate of conversion to open surgery were significantly lower than those in the conventional group,and the regression time of hernia contents was significantly shorter than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the incidence of postoperative complications between two groups(P>0.05)Conclusions Aair replacement assisted laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of adult incarcerated inguinal hernia is safe and effective.
