摘要
目的探讨低速灌注下PCNL对肾结石患者取石效果及并发症的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2020年6月我院收治的肾结石患者79例,根据治疗方法的不同分为两组。对照组39例采用高速灌注下PCNL治疗,观察组40例采用低速灌注下PCNL治疗。比较两组的手术相关指标、结石清除率及并发症。结果两组的手术时间、结石清除率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的术中出血量显著少于对照组,下床活动时间和住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后1周的并发症总发生率为42.50%,显著低于对照组的84.62%(P<0.05)。结论低速灌注下PCNL治疗肾结石患者,在不影响手术时长和取石效果的情况下,可以显著减少术中出血量,缩短恢复和住院时间,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To explore the impact of PCNL under low-speed perfusion on the stone removal effect and complications of patients with renal calculi.Methods 79 patients with renal calculi admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.39 cases in the control group were treated with PCNL under high-speed perfusion,and 40 cases in the observation group were treated with PCNL under low-speed perfusion.The surgery-related indicators,stone clearance rate and complications were compared between two groups.Results No significant difference was found in the operation time and stone clearance rate between two groups(P>0.05);The amount of intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group,and the out-of-bed activity time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications within 1 week after surgery of the observation group was 42.50%,significantly lower than 84.62%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions PCNL under low-speed perfusion in the treatment of patients with renal calculi can significantly reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss,shorten the recovery time and hospitalization time,and reduce the incidence of complications without affecting the duration of surgery and the effect of stone removal.
