摘要
目的评估全面腹部超声与常规腹部超声在急腹症诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2019年5月至2020年5月我院收治的64例急腹症患者作为研究对象,根据检查方法的不同分为对照组(n=35)与观察组(n=29)。对照组行常规腹部超声检查,观察组行全面腹部超声检查。比较两组超声检查结果与确诊结果的符合率,并比较两组的超声检查时间、临床诊断时间、检查费用。结果观察组超声检查结果与确诊结果的符合率为93.10%,显著高于对照组的74.29%(P<0.05)。观察组的超声检查时间显著长于对照组,临床诊断时间显著短于对照组,检查费用显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与常规腹部超声相比,全面腹部超声在急腹症诊断中的临床应用价值更高,可显著提高诊断准确率,有效缩短诊断时间。
Objective To evaluate the application value of total abdominal ultrasound and routine abdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute abdomen.Methods 64 patients with acute abdomen admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as research objects,and were divided into the control group(n=35)and the observation group(n=29)according to different examination methods.The control group received routine abdominal ultrasound examination,and the observation group received total abdominal ultrasound examination.The coincidence rate between the ultrasonic examination result and the confirmed result was compared between two groups,and the ultrasonic examination time,clinical diagnosis time and examination cost were compared between two groups.Results The coincidence rate between the ultrasonic examination result and the confirmed result of the observation group was 93.10%,significantly higher than 74.29%of the control group(P<0.05).The ultrasonic examination time of the observation group was significantly longer than that of the control group,the clinical diagnosis time was shorter than that of the control group,and the examination cost was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with routine abdominal ultrasound,total abdominal ultrasound has higher clinical application value in the diagnosis of acute abdomen,which can obviously improve diagnostic accuracy and effectively shorten diagnosis time.
