经皮内镜下腰椎减压椎间融合术治疗腰椎管狭窄症的临床研究

Clinical Study of Percutaneous Endoscopic Transforaminal Lumbar Interbody Fusion in the Treatment of Lumbar Spinal Stenosis

目的探讨经皮内镜下腰椎减压椎间融合术(PE-TLIF)治疗腰椎管狭窄症(LSS)的临床效果。方法100例LSS患者随机分为两组各50例,对照组采用开放后路腰椎融合术治疗,实验组采用PE-TLIF治疗,比较两组的围术期指标、术后并发症发生率。结果实验组的手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,术后4 h疼痛评分、术后并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PE-TLIF治疗LSS的效果满意,手术创伤小,术后恢复快,术后并发症发生率低。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of percutaneous endoscopic transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion(PE-TLIF)in the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis(LSS).Methods 100 patients with LSS were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open posterior lumbar fusion,and the experimental group was treated with PE-TLIF.The perioperative indicators and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between two groups.Results The operation time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group,the amount of intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,and the pain score at 4 h after surgery and incidence of postoperative complications were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions PE-TLIF has a satisfactory effect in the treatment of LSS,with small surgical trauma,quick postoperative recovery and low incidence of postoperative complications.
