孟鲁司特钠联合维生素AD滴剂治疗反复呼吸道感染患儿的临床效果分析

Analysis on the Clinical Effect of Montelukast Sodium Combined with Vitamin AD Drops in the Treatment of Children with Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection

目的探讨孟鲁司特钠联合维生素AD滴剂治疗反复呼吸道感染患儿的临床效果。方法78例反复呼吸道感染患儿随机分为两组,对照组给予维生素AD滴剂治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予孟鲁司特钠治疗。比较两组患儿的临床疗效、过敏情况及免疫功能。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为92.31%,显著高于对照组的74.36%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的EOS、IgE水平均降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的IgA、IgM、IgG水平均升高,且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠联合维生素AD滴剂治疗反复呼吸道感染患儿效果显著,可明显缓解患儿过敏情况,提升患儿免疫功能。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of montelukast sodium combined with vitamin AD drops in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.Methods 78 children with recurrent respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with vitamin AD drops,and the observation group was treated with montelukast sodium on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,allergic situation and immune function were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 92.31%,significantly higher than 74.36%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,both groups had decreased EOS and IgE levels,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,both groups had increased IgA,IgM and IgG levels,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Montelukast sodium combined with vitamin AD drops in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection has significant effect,which can obviously relieve the allergic situation and improve the immune function of children.
