中医五行音乐结合静脉补液治疗妊娠剧吐的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of TCM Five-Element Music Combined with Intravenous Rehydration in the Treatment of Hyperemesis Gravidarum

目的探讨中医五行音乐联合静脉补液治疗妊娠剧吐的效果。方法选取2020年4月至2020年10月我院收治的妊娠剧吐患者58例,随机分为两组各29例。对照组予以静脉补液治疗,观察组予以中医五行音乐联合静脉补液治疗。比较两组的治疗效果以及尿酮体转阴率。结果观察组的总有效率为93.10%,显著高于对照组的68.97%(P<0.05)。观察组的尿酮体转阴率为89.66%,显著高于对照组的65.52%(P<0.05)。结论中医五行音乐联合静脉补液治疗妊娠剧吐的效果确切。

Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)five-element music combined with intravenous rehydration in the treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum.Methods 58 patients with hyperemesis gravidarum admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to October 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 29 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intravenous rehydration,while the observation group was treated with TCM five-element music combined with intravenous rehydration.The curative effects and negative conversion rates of urine ketone bodies of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.10%,significantly higher than 68.97%of the control group(P<0.05).The negative conversion rate of urine ketone bodies of the observation group was 89.66%,significantly higher than 65.52%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions TCM five-element music combined with intravenous rehydration in the treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum has exact effect.
