人性化护理在手术室护理中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Application Effect of Humanized Nursing in Operation Room Nursing

目的探讨人性化护理在手术室护理中的应用效果。方法选取手术患者70例随机分为两组各35例,对照组采用手术室常规护理,观察组采用手术室人性化护理。比较两组的手术配合情况、心理状态以及护理满意度。结果观察组的手术配合率为97.14%,显著高于对照组的82.86%(P<0.05)。手术后,观察组的SDS评分和SAS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为97.14%,显著高于对照组的77.14%(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理能够提高手术患者的手术配合度,改善患者的心理状态,提高患者的护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of humanized nursing in operation room nursing.Methods 70 patients with surgery were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing of operation room,and the observation group received humanized nursing of operation room.The surgical cooperation,psychological state and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results The surgical cooperation rate of the observation group was 97.14%,significantly higher than 82.86%of the control group(P<0.05).After surgery,the SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 97.14%,significantly higher than 77.14%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Humanized nursing can improve the surgical cooperation degree of patients with surgery,and improve their psychological state and nursing satisfaction degree.
