优质护理对重症溃疡性结肠炎患者的影响

Impact of High Quality Nursing on Patients with Severe Ulcerative Colitis

目的探讨优质护理对重症溃疡性结肠炎患者的影响。方法80例重症溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为两组各40例,对照组行常规护理,实验组行优质护理,比较两组的心理状态、自我护理能力以及营养指标。结果护理7 d后,实验组的SAS评分显著低于对照组,ESCA评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理7 d后,实验组的前白蛋白、白蛋白、转铁蛋白水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理可有效稳定重症溃疡性结肠炎患者的心理状态,提升患者的自护能力,改善机体营养水平。

Objective To explore the impact of high quality nursing on patients with severe ulcerative colitis.Methods 80 patients with severe ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received regular nursing,and the experimental group received high quality nursing.The psychological state,self-care ability and nutrition indicators were compared between two groups.Results After 7 days of nursing,the SAS score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the ESCA score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 7 days of nursing,the levels of prealbumin,albumin and transferrin of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions High quality nursing can effectively stabilize the psychological state of patients with severe ulcerative colitis,improve patients'self-care ability,and improve the body nutrition level.
