针对性护理干预减轻乳腺癌患者紫杉醇新辅助化疗所致神经毒性的效果分析

Analysis on the Effect of Targeted Nursing Intervention on Reducing Neurotoxicity Induced by Paclitaxel Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy in Breast Cancer Patients

目的探讨针对性护理干预减轻乳腺癌患者紫杉醇新辅助化疗所致神经毒性的效果。方法选择2017年3月至2020年6月期间我院收治的乳腺癌患者50例,均应用紫杉醇新辅助化疗,随机分为两组各25例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用针对性护理干预。比较两组的神经毒性反应发生率、生活质量以及情绪状态。结果观察组的神经毒性反应发生率为8.0%,显著低于对照组的40.0%(P<0.05)。观察组的生理职能、角色职能、社会职能和情感职能评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的HAMA、HAMD评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理干预能够降低乳腺癌患者紫杉醇新辅助化疗所致神经毒性反应发生率,提升患者生活质量,减轻患者情绪负担。

Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing intervention on reducing neurotoxicity induced by paclitaxel neoadjuvant chemotherapy in breast cancer patients.Methods 50 patients with breast cancer admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 25 cases in each group.All cases received paclitaxel neoadjuvant chemotherapy.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received targeted nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The incidence of neurotoxic reaction,quality of life and emotional state were compared between two groups.Results The incidence of neurotoxic reaction of the observation group was 8.0%,significantly lower than 40.0%of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of physiological function,role function,social function and emotional function of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Targeted nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of neurotoxic reaction induced by paclitaxel neoadjuvant chemotherapy in breast cancer patients,improve patients'quality of life,and relieve patients'emotional burden.
