摘要
目的探讨多元化健康教育对急性闭角型青光眼手术患者疾病相关知识认知情况和遵医配合行为的影响。方法47例急性闭角型青光眼手术患者根据护理方法的不同分为两组。对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上采用多元化健康教育。比较两组的疾病相关知识认识情况及遵医配合行为。结果观察组对疾病相关知识的掌握度为95.83%,显著高于对照组的73.91%(P<0.05)。观察组的不揉眼睛、正确用药、情绪控制、监测眼压、定期复查等遵医配合行为评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多元化健康教育可有效提升急性闭角型青光眼手术患者对疾病相关知识的认知情况,改善其遵医配合行为。
Objective To explore the impact of diversified health education on disease-related knowledge cognition and medical compliance behavior of patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma surgery.Methods 47 patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma surgery were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.The control group received routine health education,and the observation group received diversified health education on the basis of the control group.The disease-related knowledge cognition and medical compliance behavior were compared between two groups.Results The master degree of disease-related knowledge in the observation group was 95.83%,significantly higher than 73.91%in the control group(P<0.05).The medical compliance behavior scores of no-rubbing-eye,correct medication,emotional control,intraocular pressure monitoring and regular review in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Diversified health education can effectively improve the disease-related knowledge cognition and medical compliance behavior of patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma surgery.
