摘要
在当前转向性能开发中,主观转向评估和转向性能客观测试都需在样车上进行,这些样车的选择和调试需要覆盖架构下各个车型变种,如车身形式,动力总成形式,轮胎。有限的开发时间,高昂的造车成本以及实际车辆使用时间都大大限制了转向手感的精细化开发。开发了一种针对转向性能早期客观评价的软件在环开发流程和工具链,提高了现有转向性能开发效率和交付物质量。这种方法创新性地利用了现有车辆动力学仿真工具和客观测试数据,将其和转向控制器模型相结合,提供了在开发前期进行虚拟转向手感调试的工具链。通过这种方式可在项目前期开发出满足整车性能要求的方向性标定。同时,这种开发工具不仅适用于项目前期开发,也可以在与样车同步开发的过程当中使用,以减少样车的标定时间,并协助解决开发中遇到的问题。
In nowadays steering performance development,both steering feel evaluation and objective test heavily rely on prototype vehicles,which must be selected covering all architecture variants,such as body styles,powertrain combinations,tire types.Tight development schedule,cost,as well as vehicle use time severely limit steering feel refinement of production vehicles.This paper aims to develop a new Software-In-the-Loop development process and tool chain for advanced steering feel objective evaluation,which can enhance current steering performance development efficiency and deliverable quality.This method utilizes vehicle dynamics simulation tool and objective test database,and integrates EPS controller,provides a virtual steering feel tuning toolchain,which can be used during the advanced development phase.Thus,a directional steering calibration can be developed to meet vehicle performance target range before a prototype is built.Meanwhile,this method can be also used concurrently during prototype development phase to assist issue solving,and potentially reduce calibration time with prototypes vehicles.
