Spirituality,Culture and Locality:Literature Review on Ethnic Social Work

差异性是社会科学研究的兴趣点,也是社会工作开展专业服务的前提条件。不同族群/种族以客观存在的生物学差异为基础,更多表征为社会意义上的不同。该文以文化敏感性为基点,重点考察国外社会工作领域关于灵性/宗教社会工作、社会工作者的文化能力、专业价值观本土化三个方面的研究。在揭示英文世界的族群/种族社会工作研究现状的同时,简略观照中文文献的同名研究,以期为我们推进民族社会工作教学、实践和研究提供借鉴。

Difference is the interesting point of social science research and the prerequisite for professional service in social work.Different ethnic groups or races are based on the biological differences that exist objectively and are more characterized by social differences.Cultural sensitivity as the starting point,the study of spiritual,religious social work,the cultural competence of social workers and the localization of professional values in English literature were reviewed,which can be used to understand their research.The study of the same name in Chinese literature was simply compared,which was reference for our teaching,practice and research on ethnic social work.
