基于产教深度融合的外语+人才培养模式重构

Reconstruction of the Training Model for Foreign Language+Talents Based on Integration of Industry and Education

文章结合应用型高校产教融合实践,探索应用型高校的外语+人才培养模式的重构。以应用型外语+人才培养为目标,对课程设置、教学方式与方法、三实实训体系及第三课堂等方面展开讨论。以产教深度融合为基础实现应用型外语+人才培养目标,从而为地方应用型高校的应用型外语+人才培养提供可行的借鉴方案。

By considering the strategy of integration of industry and education,the paper aims to explore the way for reconstructing the training model for foreign language+talents in applied universities.On the basis of the integration of industry and education,the paper conducts discussion on the curriculum,teaching methods,three kinds of authentic training systems and the third classroom.Based on the in-depth integration of industry and education,it is hopeful to achieve the goal of applied foreign language+talents training,so as to provide a feasible reference plan for the training of applied foreign language+talents in local applied universities.
