摘要
物理规划建立基于偏好设计思想的数学模型,使用遗传算法对模型寻优,对约束条件进行罚函数处理,改造物理规划模型以适应遗传算法的适应度函数。通过使用物理规划方法的颚式破碎机降低磨损的机构偏好设计,得到符合工程实际需求的解。
The physical programming model is established based on the idea of preference design,the model is optimized by genetic algorithm,the constraint condition is treated as penalty function,and the physical programming model is modified to adapt to the fitness function of genetic algorithm.By using the method of physical programming,the mechanism preference design of jaw crusher to reduce wear can achieve the effect of low wear and obtain the solution which accords with the actual demand.
