摘要
针对预缩生产过程中缺乏有效的预缩率的模型,致使预缩生产效率难以提高的问题,根据橡胶毯预缩机预缩过程和橡胶弹性力学,对预缩生产过程中的超喂作用过程以及预缩率影响机制进行深入分析研究,采用机理建模的方法,建立超喂因素对预缩率的影响关系模型。结果表明:根据所建立超喂因素对预缩率贡献模型的预测值与实际测量预缩率值的误差在允许范围内,该模型是可行有效的,对预缩率的在线预测和参数调整具有指导意义。
Aimed at the lack of effective pre-shrinkage model in pre-shrinking production process,the problem of pre-shrinking production efficiency is difficult to be improved.According to the pre-shrinking process of rubber blanket pre-shrinking machine and rubber elasticity,the mechanism of overfeeding and pre-shrinking rate in pre-shrinking production process was analyzed and studied.Using the mechanismmodeling method,The influence relationship model of shrinkage.The results show that the model is feasible and feasible with the error of the predicted value of the pre-shrinkage contribution model and the actual measurement of the pre-shrinking rate according to the established overfeeding factor.The model can be used for on-line prediction and parameter adjustment of pre-Guiding significance.
