基于Workbench的膜片联轴节变形分析方法 被引量:1

摘要 膜片联轴节是一种通过极薄的一组或几组不锈钢片作为挠性元件来传递扭矩的挠性联轴节。由于它使用方便,补偿能力强,得到广泛的应用。基于Workbench有限元仿真分析平台,分别采用静力分析、线性屈曲分析和非线性屈曲分析对膜片联轴节进行变形仿真分析,并通过试验对这三种计算方法进行对比验证。通过比较膜片联轴节变形计算结果和试验实测结果的量值以及变形过程曲线,得知静力分析变形结果和变形过程曲线更加接近试验实测结果。 Diaphragm coupling is a kind of flexible coupling which transmits torque through a group or several groups of stainless steel plates as flexible components.Because of its convenient use and strong compensation ability,it has been widely used.Based on the workbench finite element simulation analysis platform,the static analysis,linear buckling analysis and nonlinear buckling analysis are used to simulate the deformation of diaphragm coupling,and the three calculation methods are compared and verified by experiments.By comparing the deformation calculation results with the measured results and the deformation process curve of the diaphragm coupling,it is known that the deformation results of the static analysis and the deformation process curve are closer to the test results.
