摘要
叉车起升时,如果液压回路发生故障,引起高压油管或接头爆裂,门架突然快速下降,会给驾驶员和叉车周围的人和货物的带来安全隐患。因此需要设计一种装置,安装与油路中,阻止货叉快速下降,提高叉车运行的安全性。工业车辆安全要求,设计的装置应直接安装于起升油缸上,能使货叉满载下降速度限制在600 mm·s^(-1)以下。
When the forklift lifts,if the hydraulic circuit breaks down,the high-pressure oil pipe or joint will burst,and the gantry will drop suddenly and quickly,which will bring hidden danger to the driver and the people and goods around the forklift.Therefore,it is necessary to design a device,which can be installed in the oil circuit to prevent the fork from falling rapidly and improve the safety of forklift operation.According to the safety requirements of industrial vehicles,the designed device should be directly installed on the lifting cylinder,so that the full load lowering speed of the fork can be limited below 600 mm·s^(-1).
