摘要
针对某型柴油机活塞裙裂纹故障,建立故障树模型,采用化学成分分析、力学性能排查、金相显微镜和扫描电镜检测等方法,对裂纹原因进行了分析,找出加工过程中的异常划痕是引起活塞裙疲劳开裂的主要原因,相应提出了改进建议。
The fault tree model was established for crack fault of a diesel engine piston skirt,and the causes of the crack were analyzed by means of chemical composition analysis,mechanical property investigation,metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope.The results show that the main cause of fatigue cracking of piston skirt is the abnormal scratch in the process of machining,and the improvement suggestions were put forward.
