悬挂式空铁列车转向架中央悬吊轴结构应力分析

摘要 悬挂式空铁列车的中央悬吊轴在转向架与车体之间起到连接和传递载荷作用,中央悬吊轴的应力水平能否满足要求,直接决定了悬挂式空铁列车能否安全可靠地运行。针对某型悬挂式空铁列车的中央悬吊轴做了详细地载荷分析,包含特殊救援载荷的分析,并依据有限元仿真结果进行了静强度和疲劳强度评估,对其结构尺寸给出了明确建议,对同类型悬挂式空铁列车转向架的结构设计具有参考意义。 The central suspension shaft of the suspended air-rail trains plays the role of connecting and transferring loads between the bogie and the car body.Whether the stress level of the central suspension shaft can meet the requirement,determines whether the suspended air-rail train can run safely and reliably.A detailed load analysis and strength evaluation of the suspended air-rail train central suspension axle are done in this paper,as well as the specific rescue load.A clear suggestions on the structural dimensions is provided.This paper has its significance for reference of the same type of suspended air-rail trains bogie.
