某载货车载重后方向盘偏转问题控制与优化

摘要 针对某载货车载重后方向盘偏转问题,分析了载重工况、行驶跳动工况和制动工况下转向悬架运动干涉对方向盘偏转的影响和方向盘偏转的表现形式,确定转向悬架运动干涉大是方向盘偏转的主要原因。基于转向悬架运动干涉校核的平面作图法,建立了优化计算的模型,提出通过调整纵拉杆前后球销布置高度优化转向悬架运动干涉的方法,解决载重后方向盘偏转的问题。 In view of the steering wheel deflection of a truck after load,the influence and manifestation of steering suspension motion interference on steering wheel deflection under load,runout and braking conditions were analyzed,and it was determined that steering suspension motion interference was the main cause of steering wheel deflection.Based on the plane drawing method of the motion interference check of steering suspension,the mathematical model of optimal calculation is established,and the method of optimizing the motion interference of steering suspension by adjusting the height of the ball pins before and after the longitudinal tie rod is put forward to solve the problem of steering wheel deflection after load.
