摘要
介绍一种温湿度控制器的内部组成及原理,并结合其在德国HWS公司自动静压造型线的回收砂冷却系统中的应用,研究它的自动调节机理,总结设备维护中的调试经验及故障排除方法。实测表明,采用温湿度控制器可提高仪器采集温湿度的精度,克服由于传感器失效引起的误差,保证设备正常运行,提供了一种数模结合控制切实可行的参考。
It introduces the components and working principle of a kind of digital temperature and humidity controller,combines the practical application with the recycling sand cooling system of Germany HWS automatic hydraulic model line,studies automatic adjustment function of its,and finally sums up the debugging experiences and troubleshooting methods in equipment maintenance.The actual measurement shows that the temperature and humidity controller can improve the acquisition accuracy of the instrument,improve the error caused by sensor failure,and ensure the normal operation of the equipment.It provides a practical reference for the combination of digital and analog control.
