实训教学环节是高职院校培养技术技能型人才的主要途径之一,实训教学环节过程中,将教学情境与企业真实生产环境有机结合起来,才能更好培养出适合企业要求的职业精神及职业素养。以项目化教学为载体,以6S管理模式为依托,采用企业真实的生产案例,将企业6S管理模式的理念、方法、原则和机加工实训教学有机融合起来,构建企业劳动、管理、生产的文化气氛,培养学生良好的职业精神和职业素养,提高实训环节教学质量。

Practical trainingis one of the main ways for vocational colleges to cultivate technical and skilled talents.In the process of practical training,the teaching situation is organically combined with the real production environment of the enterprise,so as to better cultivate the professional spirit and professional quality suitable for the requirements of the enterprise.To project teaching as the carrier,based on 6S management,use case real production enterprise,the enterprise concept of 6 s management mode,method,principle and machining practice teaching organic integration,build enterprise labor,management,production of culture atmosphere,cultivating students’good professional spirit and professional quality,improve the quality of practice teaching.
