加快高技能人才培训基地建设,培养具有高超技艺和精湛技能的高技能人才是走新型工业化道路,加快产业优化升级的需要,是全面提升我国企业核心竞争力、推动技术创新和科技成果转化的需要。结合国家高技能人才培训基地建设,通过加强校内实训基地建设,深化校企合作,建立一体化教学模式,加强师资建设等举措,构建了校企合作、工学结合的高技能人才培养体系,有效推进了高技能人才培训基地建设,显著提升了高技能人才培养水平。

To speed up the construction of high skilled talents training base and cultivate high skilled talents is the need to take the new road of industrialization,speed up the industrial optimization and upgrading and comprehensively enhance the core competitiveness of Chinese enterprises.This paper discusses how to build a high skilled personnel training system based on school-enterprise cooperation and work study combination by strengthening the construction of school training base,deepening school-enterprise cooperation,establishing integrated teaching mode and strengthening the construction of teachers,so as to effectively improve the level of high skilled personnel training.
