This paper analyzes the automobile R&D enterprises from the aspects of knowledge creation and acquisition,knowledge sequencing and storage,knowledge sharing and updating,finds out the problems existing in knowledge management,and puts forward that knowledge management should be operated through the knowledge management mechanism guaranteed by organizational structure,cultural atmosphere and evaluation mechanism in product research and development,scientific and technological achievements,employee training,personnel management,etc,At the same time,the overall knowledge management framework based on automobile R&D process is established,which provides reference for knowledge management of automobile R&D enterprises and improves the core competitiveness of automobile R&D enterprises.
