摘要 随着SpaceX公司“星链”项目的公测,卫星互联网时代已经到来,卫星网络资源的申请与分配的供需矛盾增大,资源的申请流程的繁琐和资源分配的不稳定性也成为影响通信速率的问题,为了简化资源申请的流程和提升资源分配的稳定性,提出了一种基于预案匹配的卫星网络通信资源的分配方案。并使用多参数遗传算法优化分配方案,并对分配方案的优化结果进行分析,最终得出结论,基于预案匹配的卫星网络资源动态分配方案可以获得的卫星通信速率和链路申请等待时间的优化。 With the open beta by the SpaceX company"Star link"project,satellite Internet age has come,that the contradiction between supply and demand of satellite network resources application and distribution is increasing,also the complicated procedure to apply the satellite resources and instability of the satellite resources allocation has become obstacle of communication speed.In order to simplify the satellite resource application process and improve the stability of the allocation of satellite resources,this paper presents a satellite network communication resource allocation scheme based on contingency plans matching.The multi-parameter genetic algorithm is used to optimize the allocation scheme and analyze the optimization results to obtain the conclusion.The satellite Internet resources dynamic allocation based on contingency plans matching could obtain the optimization for satellite communication speed and link application latency time.
