In radio and television projects,especially FTTH projects,under the influence of the contract mode,equipment procurement mode and management mode,the parallel contract mode of design and construction is generally adopted,and the integration of design and construction is rarely applied.With the help of"Wisdom Jiuhua"project,Rugao explored the integration innovation of integrated construction+cost reduction and efficiency increase in Jiuhuaju,Longtongue,Guoyang and Ruhai villages,and achieved good results.
