摘要
导生是聚酯装置中常用的气相热媒介质,气相导生放空管线腐蚀会导致危化品泄漏事故。通过对腐蚀部位、腐蚀程度的分析,得出放空管线腐蚀属于凝液腐蚀,凝液中的氯离子加速腐蚀进程。实施针对性的防范措施,有效控制了腐蚀问题,实现导生加热系统的稳定、可靠、持续运行。
DOWTHERM A is a common thermal medium of gas phase in polyester plant.The corrosion of vapor-phase DOWTHERM A vent line will lead to leakage accident.Through the analysis of corrosion location and corrosion degree,it is concluded that the corrosion of the vent pipe is condensate corrosion,and the chloride ion in the condensate accelerates the corrosion process.Specific preventive measures are implemented to effectively control the corrosion problem and realize the stable,reliable and continuous operation of the DOWTHERM A heating system.
