大型聚变装置低温泵壳体的结构设计与力学分析

摘要 壳体是大型聚变装置低温泵的关键部件,其结构和力学性能直接影响低温泵的运行质量。本文设计了一种低温泵用壳体结构,通过三维建模软件与有限元分析软件建立了壳体的力学分析模型,并对壳体进行了结构静力学和动力学分析。结果表明,在组合工况作用下,壳体结构最大变形出现在前法兰与壳体壁面焊接处,约为1.4×10^(-2)mm;最大应力出现在前法兰边缘处,约为3.99 MPa,两者均满足壳体的工程设计要求。该低温泵壳体的设计方法对低温泵的研制和关键技术的解决有借鉴意义。 The cryopump casing is an important component in the large-scale fusion reactor cryopump,and the structure and performance of pump casing directly affect the working efficiency of cryopump.Herein,we reported the design,structural statics analysis,modal analysis and transient dynamic analysis of pump casing.The results showed that the maximum deformation of the cryopump casing under the combined working condition occurs at the welding position between the front flange and the cryopump casing wall,which is about 1.4×10^(-2) mm,and the maximum stress of about 3.99 MPa occurs at the edge of the front flange,both of which meet the engineering design requirements of the cryopump casing.The design of pump casing provides methods for the development of cryopumps.
