摘要
通过分析扎哈淖尔露天煤矿现有采煤半连续工艺现状及破碎站布置情况,针对三号煤破碎站的短期移设提出3个方案,建立了含8个评价指标的评价矩阵;引入可变权重理想点法建立评价模型,以层次分析法确定了常权,进一步结合变权系数及指标数值利用加权平均法确定变权,通过欧式距离法计算了正负理想点距离及贴近度;最终确定方案2贴近度为0.715 0,最接近于1,为最优方案,即将三号煤破碎站布置在4煤底板836 m水平。
Through analyzing the current status of the semi-continuous coal mining technology and the layout of the crushing station in the Zhahanao'er Open-pit Coal Mine,the article proposes three plans for the short-term relocation of No.3 coal crushing station,and establishes an evaluation matrix containing 8 evaluation indicators.We introduce variable weight ideal point method to establish evaluation model.The model uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the constant weight,and further combines the variable weight coefficients and index values to determine the variable weight using the weighted average method.The distance between the positive and negative ideal points and the closeness are calculated by the Euclidean distance method.Finally,we determine that the closeness of scheme 2 is 0.7150,which is the closest to 1 and is the optimal scheme.No.3 coal crushing station is arranged at the 836 level of the 4th coal floor.
