摘要
将军戈壁二号露天煤矿南端帮最终边坡角取值过于保守,为了避免端帮边坡角太小造成端帮压煤,研究用陡帮开采技术采出南端帮压煤;研究时选择GEO-slope和FLAC 2种分析软件,分别采用极限平衡法、有限差分法、有限元法对南端帮边坡的稳定性进行模拟分析,寻找极限稳定状态时对应的边坡角度,将南端帮最终边坡角由35°提高到39°;在最大的陡帮开采边坡角度的基础上,调整南端帮台阶构成,布置相应的运输系统;共采出煤炭资源量为124万t,获得约1.1亿元的经济收益。
The final slope angle of the south slope in Jiangjun Gobi No.2 Open-pit Coal Mine is too conservative.In order to avoid the end slope pressure coal caused by too small slope angle,the article studies steep slope mining technology to extract the south end slope pressure coal.GEO-slope and FLAC3D are selected to simulate and analyze the stability of the south end slope by using limit equilibrium method,finite difference method and finite element method respectively,to find the corresponding slope angle in the limit stability state,and to increase the final slope angle of the south end slope from 35 to 39.On the basis of the maximum steep slope angle,we adjust step composition of the south slope,and arrange the corresponding transportation system.A total of 1.24 million tons of coal resources are produced,and economic benefits of about 110 million yuan are obtained.
