摘要
研究了铀水冶工艺中,离子交换树脂中毒的原因及解毒再生。结果表明:溶液中的有机质及多硫酸盐引起树脂化学中毒,无机盐在树脂颗粒表面沉积造成树脂物理中毒;采用分步清洗法,可有效去除树脂污染物,实现中毒树脂解毒再生,再生后的树脂对铀的吸附量得到恢复。
The poisoning reasons and detoxification regeneration of ion-exchange resin in uranium hydrometallurgy were studied.The results show that organic substance and polysulfates in solution cause chemical poisoning of the resin,and the deposition of inorganic salts on the surface of resin particles cause physical poisoning.By step-by-step cleaning,the poisoned resin can effectively remove contaminants and realize regeneration.The uranium adsorption capacity of regeneration resin can be recovered.
