摘要
研究了采用碳酸钠焙烧—水洗工艺从含砷铜矿石中去除砷,考察了碳酸钠用量、焙烧温度、焙烧时间、水洗温度、水洗时间、水洗液固质量比对砷去除率的影响。结果表明:矿石在碳酸钠用量为理论量1.8倍、600℃下焙烧2.5 h,然后用水在80℃下洗涤40 min,控制水与烧渣质量比6/1,砷去除率达98.7%,去除效果较好。
The removal of arsenic from arsenic-bearing copper ore by sodium carbonate roasting—water washing process was studied,the effects of sodium carbonate amount,roasting temperature,roasting time,washing temperature,washing time and liquid-to-solid mass ratio on arsenic removal rate were investigated.The results show that under the conditons that the ore is calcined at 600℃for 2.5 h with 1.8 times the theoretical amount of sodium carbonate,and then washed using water at 80℃for 40 min,the mass ratio of water to calcine is controlled at 6/1,the arsenic removal rate reaches 98.7%,the removal effect is good.
