摘要
研究了常压下从铅阳极泥中碱浸脱砷,考察了浸出时间、浸出温度、NaOH质量浓度、H2O2添加量和液固体积质量比等对砷脱除及铅、锑浸出的影响。结果表明:在阳极泥质量50 g、浸出温度90℃、H2O2添加量10 mL、NaOH质量浓度60 g/L、液固体积质量比4 mL/1 g、浸出时间90 min条件下,砷浸出率为94.98%,而铅、锑基本不溶,砷脱除效果较好。
The removal of arsenic by atmospheric alkaline leaching from lead anode slime was studied.The effects of leaching time,leaching temperature,NaOH concentration,H2O2 usage and ratio of liquid volume-to-solid mass on removal of arsenic were examined.The results show that under the conditions of anode slime mass of 50 g,temperature of 90℃,H2O2 usage of 10 mL,concentration of NaOH of 60 g/L,ratio of liquid volume-to-solid mass of 4 mL/1 g and raction time of 90 min,the removal of As reaches 94.98%,while Pb and Sb are not indissolvable.Arsenic is removed effectively from the anode slime.
