摘要
掘进过程中涌出的高浓度硫化氢严重危害着作业人员的身心健康。通过在斜沟煤矿25采区辅助运输上山掘进工作面研究硫化氢气体的分布规律,提出使用泡沫吸收液治理硫化氢的方案,分析泡沫治理硫化氢的原理,研究泡沫喷射装置的参数及安设方法。试验结果证明:在掘进面生产期间,最佳的喷洒泡沫吸收液参数为泡沫剂质量分数、吸收液流量和吸收液质量分数分别为0.4%、40 L/min和0.8%,此时掘进面的硫化氢浓度由73.9×10-6减少到10.8×10-6,硫化氢吸收效率高达85.4%,实现了有效治理掘进面的硫化氢,改善了作业环境。
In view of the high concentration of hydrogen sulfide emitted in the course of tunneling,which seriously endangers the physical and mental health of the workers,the distribution law of hydrogen sulfide gas was studied by means of the auxiliary transportation in the No.25 mining area of Xiegou Coal Mine,the scheme of treating hydrogen sulfide with foam absorption liquid is put forward,the principle of treating hydrogen sulfide with foam is analyzed,and the parameters and installation method of foam injection device are studied.The results show that the optimum parameters of spray foam absorbent are 0.4%,40 L/min and 0.8%,respectively,at this time,the concentration of H2S in heading face was reduced from 73.9×10-6 to 10.8×10-6,and the absorption efficiency of H2S was as high as 85.4%.
