结直肠癌术后患者支持性照顾需求现状及影响因素的研究

Research on present status and influencing factors of supportive care needs of patients after colorectal cancer surgery

目的调查结直肠癌术后患者支持性照顾需求现状并分析其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法选取179例结直肠癌术后患者为研究对象,使用一般情况调查表、支持性照顾需求简明问卷、症状困扰量表、医院焦虑抑郁量表和领悟社会支持量表进行调查,通过单因素分析、多重线性回归分析探究结直肠癌术后患者支持性照顾需求现状的影响因素。结果结直肠癌术后患者支持性照顾需求条目均分为(2.27±0.85)分,性别、婚姻状况、症状困扰、焦虑和家庭支持是患者支持性照顾需求的影响因素。结论结直肠癌术后患者普遍存在未满足的支持性照顾需求,受性别、婚姻状况、症状困扰、焦虑和家庭支持影响。

Objective To investigate the present status on supportive care needs of patients after colorectal cancer surgery and analyze its influencing factors.Method Choose 179 patients after colorectal cancer surgery by convenience sampling and investigate them by general information questionnaire,Supportive Care Needs Survey-Short Form(SCNS-SF34),Symptom Distress Scale,Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale and Perceived Social Support Scale.Study the influencing factors of present status on supportive care needs of patients after colorectal cancer surgery by single factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.Result The average score of each item in SCNS-SF34 of patients after colorectal cancer surgery is(2.27±0.85).Gender,marriage status,symptom distress,anxiety and family support are influencing factors of patients’supportive care needs.Conclusion Supportive care needs of patients after colorectal cancer surgery is generally unsatisfied,which is influenced by gender,marriage status,symptom distress,anxiety and family support.
