多发性骨髓瘤患者及其配偶恐惧疾病进展现状及影响因素分析

Present status on fear of disease progression for patients with multiple myeloma and their spouses and analysis on influencing factors

目的调查多发性骨髓瘤患者及其配偶恐惧疾病进展现状,并分析其影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查问卷、恐惧疾病进展简化量表、配偶恐惧疾病进展简化量表对某肿瘤专科医院就诊的多发性骨髓瘤患者及其配偶进行调查,并对患者恐惧疾病进展的影响因素进行单因素和多重线性回归分析。结果多发性骨髓瘤患者恐惧疾病进展简化量表总分为(35.16±10.95)分;其配偶的恐惧疾病进展简化量表总分为(35.59±10.09)分;多重线性回归分析结果显示,患者家庭人均月收入、有无并发症、心理辅导需求及配偶恐惧疾病进展水平是多发性骨髓瘤患者恐惧疾病进展的影响因素,共同解释患者恐惧疾病进展总变异的49.6%(P<0.001)。结论多发性骨髓瘤患者及其配偶恐惧疾病进展均处于中等水平,患者恐惧疾病进展受患者家庭人均月收入、有无并发症、心理辅导需求及配偶恐惧疾病进展水平影响。

Objective To investigate the present status on fear of disease progression for patients with multiple myeloma and their spouses and analyze its influencing factors.Method Investigate patients with multiple myeloma and their spouses in a tumor hospital by general information questionnaire,Fear of Progression Questionnaire-Short Form(FoP-Q-SF)and Fear of Progression Questionnaire-Short Form for Parters(FoP-Q-SF/P).Analyze its influencing factors by single factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.Result The total score on FoP-Q-SF for patients with multiple myeloma is(35.16±10.95).The total score on FoP-Q-SF/P for their spouses is(35.59±10.09).Multiple linear regression analysis shows that family monthly income per capita,complications,demand on psychological counseling and spouses’level on fear of disease progression are influencing factors of fear of disease progression for patients with multiple myeloma,which account for 49.6%of the total variation of patients’fear of disease progression(P<0.001).Conclusion Fear of disease progression for patients with multiple myeloma and their spouses is in medium level.Patients’fear of disease progression is influenced by family monthly income per capita,complications,demand on psychological counseling and spouses’level on fear of disease progression.
